Camp Bow Wow, the nation’s largest franchisor of dog day and overnight care centers and an Inc. 5000 company, announced today its acquisition by VCA, Inc. (NASDAQ: WOOF), a leading animal healthcare company in the United States and Canada.

Since its founding over 13 years ago, Camp Bow Wow has grown into the market leader in dog daycare and overnight boarding services, with 152 franchises across North America. For Camp Bow Wow, and VCA, the deal represents a genuine opportunity to make a strong company even stronger.
