Evive Brands has acquired Pacific Lawn Sprinklers.
Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was founded in 1980 and is one of the nation’s largest franchisors of residential irrigation and lighting installation, maintenance, and repair services with 80 service areas in 10 states serving more than 57,000 customers annually. The transaction will provide the Company with additional resources to accelerate its growth and further its mission to expand its presence across the United States.
North Point served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pacific Lawn Sprinklers.
